Indiana Jones' Greatest Adventures - Unreleased Sega Mega Drive/Genesis port

This probably has never been dumped at all.
Everyone probably knows the SNES game which has been released:


A planned Sega Genesis/Mega Drive port of this game was completed but never released. It was due to be released in 1995.

From what I read from those scans, the game is exactly the same in graphical terms, other than the color tones changed slightly from what I've seen in those screenshots (though some of them are in bad quality). But the music was thin, the sounds aren't of the same caliber and the voices were more muffled, from what I read.

If someone EVER gets a copy from 5 Factor (almost impossible), find a way to dump it please.
